Inventory

Due the exclusivity of our products, we can't always assure having a big amount of bottles in stock. However, we will send a confirmation of order right after we check the stock. Thanks for your understanding.

 

Invoicing

If you plan to use your purchase as a cost for your company please let us know.

 

Shipping & pick up point

Right after your purchase we will contact you via email to set an appointment for the delivery. 

All deliveries within Aarschot area (10km) are for free with a minimum purchase of 30€. For other locations please check our shipping rates page here.

Extra shipping costs will be charged via transfer or at the moment of delivery (cash, payconiq or card).

Our pick-up point is at Artkom (Kleine Mechelsebaan 50, 3200 Aarschot). For best convenience we kindly ask you to book an appointment by phone or email beforehand.

 

Returns

Products in bad conditions after being open can be returned only if the bottle is brought back to us and it hasn't been fully consumed. We will then proceed with the refund or exchange of bottle.
