The following Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery apply to all Sota Casa offers. The conditions are available for anyone to consult and are also included on our home page.

All prices are in Euro, inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery costs, unless stated otherwise.
2. Price changes
Sota Casa reserves the right to change prices and correct any errors at any time. If a price change has an effect on the order(s) you have placed, you have the right to cancel them without any charge.
Sota Casa offers are without obligation and subject to availability. We will inform you if, unexpectedly, a product is no longer available and may suggest an alternative. We will contact you by e-mail or phone.
4. Photos and illustrations
Photographic images and illustrations on our website are purely reference. Actual labels can differ from those depicted on the website.
5. Foreign orders
Sota Casa, a Belgian company, is subject to Belgian law, regulations and procedures. If the recipient of our products is not located in the country from which they are dispatched, the recipient is liable for any sales tax or import duty in the destination country.
Sota Casa only delivers after payment has been received in advance or if cash is paid upon collection. Payment upon receipt of invoice is possible for our established customers.
The delivery times provided on the website, on email communications or in the order confirmation are purely indicative and do not constitute an exact deadline. Sota Casa cannot be held liable at any time for any damage resulting from delivery times being exceeded.

All our prices are exclusive of transport and insurance costs. Sota Casa is happy to organise transport for you. We will select a carrier depending on the size and urgency of your order. If transport price hasn’t been determined during the checkout of the order, we will send you a quotation for the delivery costs for your approval.
If, on receipt, you notice that the delivered product does not correspond to your order, you must contact us directly by e-mail ([email protected]) or by telephone on +32-(0)4-84 28 91 72. Your complaint will then be handled accordingly.
What guarantee do I have if the wine I buy is bad or cork tainted? As we trade natural and exclusive wine, it is not possible for us to offer any form of guarantee - we always strive to supply products of the highest possible quality - however it is impossible for us to offer any guarantee for wine that has been transported all the way from another country.
With regard to cork tainted wine, as this happens during the bottling process we cannot revert to the producer and it is also impossible for us to offer any guarantee for such cases.
You may change or cancel your online order within 14 days of placing it, without providing a reason for doing so. However, this does not apply to open bottles or perishable products that we supply.
12. Returns and Refunds
You may change or cancel your online order within 14 days of placing it, without providing a reason for doing so and only if the bottle hasn't been damaged or open.
Products in bad conditions after being open or cork tainted wine can be returned only upon proof and presentation of the bottle in question that hasn't been consumed. Only then we will proceed with the refund or exchange of bottle.

Sota Casa guarantees that your personal details and information will be handled with the strictest confidence.
14. Transaction amount
Please note that the transaction amount will be charged directly to your credit card at the time of the transaction.
15. Age-Restricted sales
Sota Casa does not offer or sell alcohol to people under 18.
In the event of a dispute, the amount of any potential damages can never exceed the value of the ordered and delivered goods.
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Brussels.
