For its elaboration, it has been pressed using flower must, which begins its fermentation with yeasts in an inox tank with a controlled temperature, and in the middle of fermentation, it is placed in new French oak barrels in contact with the lees to find its own harmony between the notes of fruit and the shade of wood. Aloga has a pleasant pale yellow color with soft green touches. On the nose, it has an intense aroma of ripe fruit such as apricot, together with a touch of citrus and floral notes that accompany a good evolution. Its taste is powerful, sweet, and structured, finding again the predominance of citrus and fruity touches. It is a very dynamic wine when combined with food.
