Description
Feedback is a wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, Merlot and Garrut???, from vineyards located between 500 and 800 meters of altitude on different types of soils.
They are manually harvested and placed in boxes. The grapes are selected in their own vineyards. At the winery, the fermentation is spontaneous in stainless steel deposits. The malolactic fermentation takes place in 225-liter French oak barrels, where it will remain for 14 months.

We practice organic viticulture. The vineyards have low production and characteristics that make them unique. Handpicked in boxes. Manual selection of the grapes. Fermentation spontaneously in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic spontaneously in French oak barrels. Aged in the same barrels for about 14 months, depending on the vintage. Very low dose of sulfites. 2100 bottles.
