The deep and mature "sister wine" to Ancestral de Pagès. This is a full-grown Pet Nat that is both deep and complex. Lots of overripe fruits and an "over-fermented" cider style that can really do something. This wine is ideal for food pairing and it can easily pull off many meals where you would normally drink red wine. Really delicious natural wine, if we must say so!
