A well-balanced orange wine, from 100% Parellada variety. From vineyards planted in 2004 in the municipality of Vilarodona, cultivated in organic farming and manual harvest.
Fermentation with the skins (brisat) and a part with stemsthroughout the fermentation with wild yeasts at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. After the fermentation, it rests for two months on its fine lees. No added sulfites. Straw yellow color, with golden reflections. The nose
is corpulent and mysterious at first, with a little oxygenation marked by aromas of white fruit and Mediterranean forest, accompanied by shy notes of yeast, dried herbs, fennel, and aniseed, on a salty background. Fresh and delicious entering, with a Mediterranean accent in the mouth marked by its creaminess, balanced bitterness due to the breeze, and very good acidity, with a long end, vibrant and persistent.
