Traditional harvest by hand. The plants have been selected for optimal maturity grape. A final selection is made at the entrance of the cellar just before the process winery to guarantee the quality and personality of this natural wine. Controlled alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a temperature maximum of 18º. 24h skin maceration.
Tasting Notes
A natural, fresh wine with intense aromas of red fruit. In the mouth powerful that marks a good Priorat, minerality, tannin, intensity, and length.
