Celler Via produces this delicious Xarel·lo from the Penedès area. The vineyard spreads on the low hills, a suitable terroir in a warm and Mediterranean climate, which enhances the aromatic notes of the grapes.
Description
Limited edition: 1.023 bottles
Aspect: Light yellow color with golden tones, clean and bright.
Bouquet: Very ripe citrus on the nose, some saline, incense, complex.
Taste: Elegant wine on the mouth, tasty with a long aftertaste, reminders of lingering smoke.
Ideal with appetizers, rice and fish dishes, and some semi matured cheese.
