Vega Aixalà / Vilanova de Prades, Catalunya.
100% Marselan. Hand-picked grapes. Soft pressed after fermentation with skins. Spontaneous fermentation (no yeast added). 7 months in an old oak barrel. Not clarified and not filtered during bottling. No added sulfites.
